What does my $45 annual renewal payment give me?
By renewing below you will receive another 365 days of *Unlimited emergency use of your LiveLife Mobile Alarm on the Telstra Mobile Network that covers 98.5% of Australia’s population. You’ll never have to worry about running out of credit when you need it most. Each year on the anniversary, we will try and auto charge you $45. However, you will be in full control of your annual $45 subscription and can cancel at any time.
Its that easy!

What happens if I don’t renew?
If you choose not to renew your device will no longer be able to send help texts or call any of your family or friends. It will still call 000 if it is one of your programmed contacts. If the renewal anniversary date has passed please call us on 1800 936 774 to discuss options to reactivate.

What is *Unlimited emergency use?
We have a Fair use policy that applies to your use of the LiveLife Mobile Alarm. It designed to be used in an ‘emergency’ and not like a mobile phone or daily tracking device. This policy allows us to keep providing all our wearers with unlimited use.
